In all honesty, I was unable to get auto insurance anywhere due to an infraction on my driving history, and Shauna from Allen Insurance Group was and still is extremely helpful and responsive to not only securing me insurance coverage but securing it fast for me. Every other broker (at different companies) was taking their time and not understanding I needed the coverage asap or they would just not respond promptly or respond without direction.
